TOS (Terms of Service)

Before commissioning me please read this through as many times as you need and keep these terms in mind during the process.

As the client you may:
Not sell the finished piece or the sketches for higher or lower price, (selling includes prints, bottons, pins or any marketable item).Not use the commission for personal gain such as marketing or reposting for followage or others (you can share the commission process and final piece but only with credit).Edit the piece (saturation, effects, etc.), use as wallpaper, icons and prints (if posting, with full credit. Only for personal use).
As the artist I may:
Turn down commissions at any point.Have FULL ownership of the piece, being allowed to use it as examples and portfolio.
The process:
Once you read and have full knowledge of the TOS and Prices and Refunds, I (the artist) will make 3 low quality sketches in which you can choose from. References (art, colors, written, cosplay, etc) are a must, so please, keep that in mind.As soon as the sketch is chosen the payment must be done. If the payment isn't received within 3 days due to inactivity from the client, the commission will be closed. If there's any kind of transaction trouble the arrangements will be done then, but as long as there is no payment, there's no commission.For better quality and to avoid size limits, it is advised that the final product is sent via email.

Prices and Refunds

Payment via PayPal only, USD.
Refunds are not allowed if the piece is fully finished. Half price refund during the sketching phase. Full refund if I haven't started drawing yet.
Additional characters (more than one) will cost half the price of the piece, for example, if you commission a torso + lineart ($20) another character will cost more $10.
The commission sheet that will be shown afterwards can change due to personal issues or repricing.
